ST. GEORGE - An updated cost estimate released by the state of Utah's Division of Water Resources shows the construction of the Lake Powell Pipeline costing $1.064 billion.

ST. GEORGE - A 39-year-old man was arrested late Thursday night and charged with robbing the Dollar Tree, 1930 W. Sunset Boulevard, earlier that evening.

The estimated cost of building the Lake Powell pipeline has nearly doubled in three years and could continue to grow.
